Remove sandbox bundle from build

The sandbox bundle depends on a SNAPSHOT release of Google Cliche which
from some research appears to be a dead project:

    https://code.google.com/p/cliche/

Disable sandbox from the build for now but Nemo should investigate an
alternative library for use.
