Configuration for Testing Live Migration

  ControlNode - Shared Directory that will be
                mounted with nfs
  Compute Node - libvirt settings for live migration
                 mount the control node shared directory
                 for creating VM instances

  Job Also modifies all processes to use systemctl rather than
  screen, which cannot be controlled from automation.
  Conversion to systemctl offers flexibility to restart process
  and test more scenarios.
