CI: Remove references to devstack queens images

Devstack queens images are no longer being built or used and is
failing cron jobs to fail since the older images no longer exsit.

"Error: No Image found for ZZCI - CentOS 7 - devstack-queens - x86_64 -
20210120-225008.045"
