Update user_data script to use /opt/ciman
Patch I7cd0d6a5282b8e11d76db735279825052dedb7e6 was merged to
finalize migration of jenkins-init-scripts to global-jjb however
the openstack-hot templates were not updated and is now causing
csit jobs to fail.

Remove old jenkins-scripts
We have migrated to the new jenkins-init-script system from global
JJB, these files are no longer necessary and the files in
jenkins-init-scripts are the current source of truth.

Add Sigul bridge IP definition
The Sigul installation scripts need to have the IP address of the bridge
properly specified so that they can update the /etc/hosts file. This is
needed because the bridges do not resolve to the proper IP address for
minions.

change apex subnet allocation pools
apex snapshots are built with tripleo using a dhcp
pool of .2 - .50. We need to avoid our deployment
using addresses in that range.

Fix all the Openstack SFC Job Issues

Problem:
plugin.sh script was looking for neutron plugin q-svc
to enable the paramaters.
Change:
- Checkout the latest version of the script from "Master"
branch of networking-sfc
- pushed a patch to networking-sfc for the same
Problem:
SFC Test needs to use Ubuntu Image which requires more resource
Change:
- Modify the Compute Node Flavor to include more RAM/CPU
- Modify the size of tmpfs created from 2G to 12G
Problem:
The Current Netvirt-SFC fails with multiple compute nodes
Change:
- Made the number of compute nodes as "1"
- Need to debug the multiple compute node problem

Support testing with any OVS version
On some tests we require specific OVS versions that for the time being
are not being provided by upstream repos. This patch adds a parameter
to openstack integration jobs to install a custom OVS version either
building it from source or pulling it from a dedicated repo.

Add new 2c-2g builder with 100GB storage
A job that will manage apex image snapshots needs to
have a larger disk to deal with the dozens of GB
in the archive and qcow2 images within.

Ensure autorelease pull submodule HEAD of branch
Make sure that autorelease is always pulling the latest HEAD of branch
for all submodules. Push an update patch to releng/autorelease if it

No easy way to just disable the jobs unfortunately. Since we
need to move fast, delete the jobs.

Change vanilla installation to include API feature
The latest tests query the ODL API. This feature is not present in the
default example playbook, thus all the builds will fail. This patchset
changes the playbook which incorporates the REST API feature for the
tests

Discontinue obsolete run-sonar trigger macro
The only job still using this is ovsdb so discontinue the macro
and move the trigger into ovsdb.

Make merge jobs run daily
Back on Rackspace we had unstable cloud and we put in many measures
to reduce the amount of jobs run so that we could try to keep the
cloud as stable as possible. With Vexxhost the cloud is much more
stable. Running merge job daily should be fine at this point. Let's
bump it to a daily run so that projects have more chances to have
a passing merge job before the 3 week SNAPSHOT cleanup cron in Nexus.

Remove basic test suites
These suites were never meant to be kept and were templates
for projects to get started. From there the projects were
to add real tests. As they are now, they do not test anything
related to the project and simply use resources.
Long-term new projects should use the templates in the sandbox
to gain experience with robot and csit and then update to a real
test before merged in production.

Use common-functions for deploy scripts
Next step would be to split the
integration-deploy-controller-run-test.sh into a configure step and
a run step. With that the configure step means that the same script
can be used for both deploy jobs. Notice that now the
integration-configure-clustering.sh script is exactly the same as
the beginning of the integration-deploy-controller-run-test.sh so
the same file can be used in the job templates.

Set 3node combo to 0 computes
The openstack_system2_count are for computes and haproxy
nodes. The value is set to 1 for the one haproxy node.

Add ENV vars for using Sigul
To bring us one step closer to automated (and secure) signing of
artifacts we need to add the Sigul signing key information as an
environment variable which the macros and scripts use to talk to the
signing bridge.
