Update authentication URI endpoint
Change at the hosting provider seems to have caused a problem with the
authentication URI. Removing the unneeded trailing / fixes the problem.

Make controller-sonar publish to sonarcloud, removing job duplication.
The old job is useless, as it no longer reports coverage, whereas

Clean up log file size increase logic
- no need to call out different releases since we are well
past Neon and Fluorine now. just simply increase from default

Increase mdsal build timeout
We have been battling with job timeouts, which are mostly caused
by performance variance in our slaves and slowdowns caused by
ODLPARENT-179, which are affecting MD-SAL the most due to our
very granular packaging.
Increase build timeout to 90 minutes, which gives us enough cushion

Remove controller-distcheck-aluminium
distcheck jobs are irrelevant to MRI jobs, remove this job as
controller is transitioning.

Add robot options to reduce robot log size
- increase the device increment value so there are less
loops in the test overall.
- use flattenkeywords to remove the logs from the keyword
that is causing a large amount of messages.
Coupled with https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/c/integration/test/+/88446
we should not hit the problem where robot is getting OOM killed by the
host while it's parsing a very large output.xml file.

Quote param values to force them to be strings
A similar change was done previously in:
https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/c/releng/builder/+/87716
this is only a problem in jjb versions < 2.9 I think. the jjb-deploy
job is using 2.8. Latest versions are 3.x, as far as I know, so 2.8
might be a little old at this point.
