Combine SFC clustering jobs into SFC Rest Basic to reduce number of jenkins
It removes sfc clustering templates. Note this commit is related to
a similar one in integration/test repository to do the actual merge
of test suites from sfc_clustering into sfc_rest_basic.
With this operation it is expected to reduce eight jenkins jobs in SFC project

Fix sonar jobs due to freestyle transition
The freestyle job migration from patch
I810316417769df3c4f3f775aff3f3c151be76e3f broke the sonar jobs due to
missing jdk and maven-version configuration. Unfortunately JJB does not
support configuration those options either.
Since the post build step for Sonar is deprecated anyway there's no
point continuing to use it so transition to using the sonar method
recommended by SonarQube [0].
The "Prepare SonarQube Scanner environment" is currently not
configurable via Jenkins so explicitly set the Maven Goals directly to
work around this. We should switch back in the future once JJB supports
the setting.

Fix netvirt-sonar job
Split the netvirt-sonar job into build phase,
and then 3 separate IT mvn jobs, similiar
to what was done for netvirt IT.
Note, the findBugs plugin is not supported in
freestyle project-type, so I was not able
to follow the same pattern as used in
netvirt-full-integration.

Do not archive maven sites
Maven sites are published to Nexus under the site url here:
https://nexus.opendaylight.org/content/sites/site/
VTN should not be archiving Maven sites in Jenkins or
logs.opendaylight.org as it affects the stabilityi of Jenkins.
Additionally Javadoc jars are also published to Nexus already do not
archive them in Jenkins or logs.opendaylight.org.

Improve docs-rtd job to only build on rst
Some projects have a docs directory that are asciidoc and not
restructuredtext. This fixes the job to not build in those cases.

Revert "Add macro for providing log location in Gerrit"

Install openvswitch kernel module for netvirt IT
Install openvswitch kernel module that is included
with the OS (CentOS) before running any netvirt IT tests.
This works, but I am also considering (testing) creating
a new vm, that will have centos7, docker, and ovs-2.5,
so that we don't have to modprobe from netvirt job.
VM name would be something like centos7-docker-ovs-2-5-xxx.

Clean distribution test OpenFlow jobs
Only stable jobs are set to run for distribution test.

Add back the archive-build macro
The "archive-build" macro should never be removed. It is necessary to
ship logs to logs.opendaylight.org.

removing rib per node configuration
Bgpcep was updated in boron to use clustering singleton service. This
allows to have one rib (not rib per node).
This update will probably break bgpcep-csit-3node-periodic-bgpclustering-only-beryllium.
To fix this I will prepare later proper configplans.

Mark build using data from surefire-reports
Use text-finder plugin to search test reports.
If there are any errors or failures in any of the
3 (currently) surefire-test reports, the IT job
will be marked as Unstable.
The text-finder plugin will print out info
for the offending surefire-test report.
