Update config files and tests

Update config files and tests

- correct the ip-Addresses in some config files
- consider different clfi for different fibers
- move the opposite-link, TE-metric and clfi fields to
org-openroadm-common-network instead of
org-openroadm-network-topology:OMS-attributes
