Split AAA CSIT for neon
token auth is gone since neon so we need a way to
run the token auth csit only for neon. this works
with https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/c/integration/test/+/87120

Run Neon autorelease weekly
the final neon SR3 is released and no more releases
are planned. We need to keep the job around until
Magnesium is released as we are still obliged to
support Neon for security fixes until then

Remove upstream/downstream merge links
These settings are only used with snapshot-integrated (i.e.
on -merge jobs) projects. There is no point for mdsal to define
these.

Disable JVM monitoring for jobs not using default setting
Reason: decanter interferes with cluster start
Some jobs used elasticsearch-attribute: 'long' settings
to override default.
This setting was commented for these jobs to allow using
current default for elasticsearch-attribute
which is set currrently to disabled.

Pin more-itertools==5.0.0
Newer networking-l2gw is pulling in newer versions of
more-itertools which fails with our python2 env. This
will get around that until we can get up to speed with
python3.
the error seen in the console log is:

Eliminate duplicate calls to delete running stack
Removed 'releng-openstack-stack-delete' macro.
This macro was left over from early development and is no longer needed.
The deletion of the stack is now being done in lf-stack-delete macro
which is located in global-jjb macro. For more information about this
change please refer to the Issue.

Remove autorelease 4c 32G label no longer used
Leaving the label in the repo allows for larger than required nodes
to be used on the sandbox, therefore remove the label.

Staging jobs are failing due to issues with verifying that staging repos
are in a closed state. Local testing is not able to reproduce this issue
at this time. As this new feature is currently blocking releases, this
revert is needed at this time.

add support for JVM monitoring
in common-functions.sh
- function get_features:
add decanter-collector-jmx,decanter-appender-elasticsearch to the variable
to allow the proper decanter feature installation
- the new function add_jvm_support():
allow executing of scripts
.../test/csit/scripts/set_elasticsearch_attribute_short.sh (or ...long.sh)
.../test/csit/scripts/set_jvm_common_attribute.sh
for allow decanter & elasticsearch configuration & installation
and eliminate the need to list them
in scriptplans files (in the folder integration/test/csit/scriptplans)
This function is called from scripts
integration-configure-clustering.sh and integration-deploy-controller-run-test.sh
- function get_test_suites:
added python call to generate plots to eliminate the need to list
integration/test/csit/suites/integration/Create_JVM_Plots.robot
in testplans (in the folder integration/test/csit/testplans)
jenkins job parameters
- update description of parameter CONTROLLERFEATURES
- create the new parameter ELASTICSEARCHATTRIBUTE
ELASTICSEARCHATTRIBUTE will serve for indicating how to set
elasticsearch attribute while calling of respective shell script from
releng/builder/jjb/integration/common-functions.sh function run_plan
get rid of explicit mentions of decantor related features in current yaml files
elasticsearch-attribute
- set default to short in jjb/defaults.yaml
- set value to long in all projects which contain the longevity functionality
- new job parameter ELASTICSEARCHATTRIBUTE inserted to the integration-controller-parameters macro in jjb/integration/integration-macros.yaml
- adding setting of the new parameter to each template (reffering the integration-csit-parameters macro) in jjb/integration/integration-templates.yaml
- adding setting of the new parameter to the template refering the integration-controller-parameters macro in jjb/integration/distribution/distribution-templates.yaml
