Per request of odlparent project we are downgrading all Nitrogen
projects to use the released odlparent 1.8.0-Carbon to allow for the
odlparent project to start performing semver style releases.

+ upstream-artifact split to multiple files depending on type.
+ Version properties moved to a parent pom separate from aggregators.
+ Added TODOs to remind only atrifact-artifacts should be referred to ideally.
+ distribution-artifact still contains all types in one file.
+ Karaf 4 features added, both distribution and some upstream.
+ features/ split to singles/ and repos/.
+ odl-restconf and odl-netconf-mdsal are the only upstream Karaf 4 features (compatible).
+ Additionaly features4-netconf-connector added (user-facing features are incompatible).
+ features3-distribution as artifactId for the Karaf 3 distribution feature repo.
*+ Karaf 4 feature repos do not contain "integration" in artifactId.
*+ So othe Karaf 3 feature repos kept their artifactId, no releng change needed.
- The generated features-index descriptor lists single features (very ugly).
+ Karaf 3 related directories contain "3", Karaf 4 ones do not contain number.
*- Except distribution-karaf to not confuse releng, it will be deleted soon anyway.

Add missing <name> fields for pom.xml files

This is used by autorelease scripts to automatically parse which project
is failing a build and report to the mailing list automatically. We need
names in the format:

    ODL :: <groupId> :: <artifactId>

This patch formats in the same format as found in the startup archetypes

Add maven-paxexam-plugin to features-test, for dependencies.properties

This is required by WIP in
https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/48901/.  The same is applied
there to feature-repo-parent/pom.xml, and it seems a little bit of a DRY
shame having to copy/paste this here...

For the short term, just applying this same change to all 3 POM to move
forward (because that's how these POM are structured as-is; with
duplication among them); in the medium term, we'll migrate these to use
odlparent:feature-repo-parent as <parent>

Added a variation of the 'configure-cluster.sh' script that does not
require the 'index' parameter. The script determines the local machine's
IP address and checks whether it's present in 'seed_nodes_list'. The
script also determines the index based on the local IP address.

The benefits of this approach are twofold:
- The script ensures that the local IP address is in the 'seed_nodes_list'
- The invocation of the script on all nodes is the same, since the 'index'
  parameter is not required anymor

Added capability to handle multiple local IP addresses
Worked in comments from Vratko and Luis

Enable the DIDM in Boron distribution

Improve pom files towards Maven Central requirements.

+ Added sonar-friendly <name> element for root pom.
+ Added ${project.groupId}:${project.artifactId} as <name> for sub poms.
+ Added descriptions: high-level for root, specific ones for sub poms.
+ Every <url> now points to Integration/Distribution wiki page.
+ Added licenses section.
- Still missing developers section.
+ Fixed scm sections, <url> is now specific to pom in question.

Not required for Maven Central, but useful:

+ Reformatted to indent = 4 spaces and no empty lines.
- Situation with License in comments still uneven.
- Various other metadata in comments (such as vi settings) still uneven.

Remove tcpmd5 from distribution Boron

tcpmd5 is not participating in the Boron release so remove them from the
build.

Also remove sdninterfaceapp until they are able to compile without
depending on tcpmd5.
