Improve ProgressTracker class javadoc

Previously it was mentioning only "frontend" and "backend".
Now it also mentions "users", to distinguish opening and closing tasks
(which happens on user-frontend boundary) from reconnect scenarios
(which happen on frontend-backend boundary).
