Default DataBroker does not read subtrees from Mountpoint

Changed default behaviour of DataBroker, which involved
also read from remote Netconf nodes to return only
data from local store. To access Netconf device
as a datastore one must get MountInstance for it -
MD-SAL instance exclusive for that device.
