fix release schedule

Mg SR4 cannot be the 08/28/2020 if Mg SR3 is the 11/16/2020.
And apparently no Mg SR4 release is planned for the moment.
Replace Mg SR4 release date by 'Not applicable',
which is more coherent with other columns.
