Having a separate project section allows us to exclude
any streams we dont want the release notes job to build.

Use default odl image for hwvtep jobs
The image "CentOS 7 - java-builder -
20170403-0948" does
not exist so the hwvtep jobs are aborting. It may need
to be updated to some other specific image, but at least
the default image from releng-defaults.yaml will let the
job spin up.

Use restconf-noauth in controller cluster tests
There are various failures possibly related to AAA
(and indirecly Restconf) functionality,
thus affecting the test results.
This is an attempt to work around the following Bugs:
8432, 8434, 8443.
-all- jobs will still test with AAA enabled.

Disable building 6wind/quagga binaries
The issue needs to fixed in an zrcpd repository externally. The script
does not install the required dependencies for building the binaries
causing the jobs to fail.

Add paramters section delete-stale-stack job
The parameters section is required to pass the cloud config to
openstack CLI, without which the command would simple return
'Missing value auth-url required for auth plugin password' and
exit the job without cleaning any of the orphaned stacks.

Change autorelease jobs to timeout after 15h
Present timeout is set to 24H, while the autorelease jobs are expected
to complete within 12h, therefore its best to decrease the timeout value
to shorter duration since the job can timeout and abort sooner.

Fix issue caused by process substitution on sh
The change fixes the issue 'syntax error near unexpected token `<''
which is caused because the while loop and find uses process
substitution feature which is not standard on all shells. The
default shell used to run a builder is 'sh'. To fix the issue
invoke the code from a script using bash.

Archive all sar data on logs server
Its possible multiple sar data files could exist when
the autorelease job is completed, therefore copy and convert
all sar files into $WORKSPACE/archives and not just the recent
file.

Merge redundant build jobs into a single template
Not necessary to define multiple templates that differ only in 1 line of
the Maven Goals parameter. This patch removes the redundant job
templates and adds a new EXTRA_MVN_OPTS parameter that can optionally be
used to pass additional parameters if necessary both at runtime and per
stream by passing the {extra-mvn-opts} jjb parameter.
Additionally:
- Removes archiving of sar data in Jenkins (we shouldn't be
archiving anything in Jenkins).
- Revert archiving of **.zip files as we are able to produce
staging repos now.

Disable lacp validate autorelease job temporarily

Add users email to auto-generated gerrit patches
- the --reviewers option is not there in the current version of
git-review (1.24) but is there with v1.25 which will be
installed with the pip install command in this patch
- this would add me (jluhrsen@redhat.com) to all auto-gen
gerrit patches, and I don't mind, but I need to get these
reminders for the csit auto-gen gerrits at the least. Maybe
there is a better way to do this?

Apache moved HBase and Cassandra versions that are used by TSDR to
an archive site. Change java-builder.sh to point to the new archive

Add autorelease carbon job with fail never
This jobs uses -fn (fail never) and is intended to run the build
until complition without being intruptted on test failures.

Remove path prefix with $ERROR_LOG
The path prefixed with error.log.gz in the notification message
is incorrect, this fixes it to return only the file name.

Make packer jobs build sequentially
This unclutters the console logs and makes it easier to
read/parse the logs.

Add autorelease carbon job with skip tests enabled
This is temporary change introduced for carbon to ensure we
are staging the artifacts for integration testing. Once carbon
tests timeouts are resolved this change can be reverted.

Add JJB project, tests for puppet-opendaylight
Add tox verify job, sanity job and acceptance test job.
Tox job does basic Coala linting. Sanity job does quick rspec tests and
a single Beaker test for main OS (CentOS) and latest-ODL. Acceptance
test does Beaker tests for all supported OSs and ODL versions.
Run tox and sanity tests on each change. Run acceptance tests daily.
