Make merge jobs run every Sunday at random time
Per mailing list discussion we decided to try forcing SNAPSHOTS to be
removed automatically from Nexus on a 3 week window. This patch is the
first step of this task to ensure that merge jobs are run on a regular
weekly basis.

Print unit test logs to standard out if there's a failure.
Since the workspace is no longer being preserved, we need to ensure we
have the necessary information in the build log.

removing shedule so job will never run
this is a CSIT job waiting on the back end test code. Since the
code is not ready, we don't need to waste the resources and job
queue on this.

Enable the new testplan for Stable Lithium
- VTN Migrated to RESTCONF recently
- Tests were modified for the same
- This will execute only the REST API tests
for the Stable/Li job.

Remove clustering-netvirt-master explicitly from ovsdb.yaml
The previous edit on ovsdb.cfg implies this,
but in current intermediate state there are two definitions
of ovsdb-verify-clustering-netvirt-master job.
This removes the old one and allows builder-merge job to continue.

Move clustering-netvirt-master to ovsdb-verify-custom job
Just like routermanager, clustering-netvirt-master only needs
the verify job. By moving it out of ovsdb.cfg and into the
verify-custom.yaml is the better way of accomplishing that.

Rename extension back to md
The Maven Doxia plugin (which generates the site) is hardcoded to use
the md extension. This fixes releng/builder sites not building the
Jenkins page.

- Rename the daily jobs to periodic
- Make the job run daily again

Add -Djenkins parameter to all CI jobs
Created for VTN but other projects can also use this parameter as an
activation parameter for profiles. VTN's build by default disables some
features from their build that is actually necessary for them to
successfuly deploy their artifacts to Nexus as well as build complete
VTN.

Remove Lithium 3node -all- job from csit-list
Job definitions were removed in Change 31213
and distribution-test jobs were failing on triggering.
+ Controller clustering job definition split to two files.
+ Beryllium -all- job is back.
+ Cleanup of trigger jobs.

remove -all- job from basic cluster tests
bug 4676 prevents controller from coming up and no traction
to resolve the bug, so removing job for now.
