Bug corrections in topo and portmapping modules

- insert if not found, the SRG number into the logical connection
point name during the portmapping creation.
- add the CP as one of the  termination points of the SRG
- put the right node type value of the XPONDER
- take into account the ROADMs found by the lldp even if the previous
declared ones are missing
