Disabled logging bridge in ad-sal features.

With Karaf 3.0.3 in place AD-SAL logging-bridge
created loop in logs, which polluted logs
with exponential prepending of prefix to
log messages.

During SingleFeatureTest run these logs
creates around 400MB of repeated log message
without any meaning.
